YISAD wird Mitglied bei Eurometal

Der türkische “Flachstahl-Import-, Export- und Industrieverband” YISAD ist Eurometal, dem europäischen Verband der Stahlhändler, beigetreten.

YISAD mit Sitz in Istanbul wurde 2003 gegründet und repräsentiert das gesamte Spektrum des Flachstahlsektors: warmgewalzte, kaltgewalzte und verzinkte Flachstahlproduzenten, Stahlservicezentren sowie Händler, die auf dem türkischen Stahlmarkt tätig sind.

Ein Schwerpunkt der YISAD-Aktivitäten sind alle Aspekte der Flachstahl-Lieferketten. Derzeit hat der Verband 77 Mitgliedsunternehmen.

Turkish Flat Steel Import, Export and Industry Association, YISAD, has joined EUROMETAL.

The group represents 77 members made up of flat steel producers, steel service centers, distributors, traders and tube mills operating in the Turkish steel market.

EUROMETAL is the European Federation of Steel, Tubes and Metals Distribution & Trading.

The group said it “is pleased and honored to welcome among its members a federation representing the important and fast growing Turkish steel market.”

Turkish flat steel association joins EUROMETAL

EUROMETAL, the European association for distributors, service centres and traders, tells Kallanish that the Turkish federation YISAD has become its latest member.

YISAD, the Turkish flat steel import, export and industry association, has 77 member companies and was established in 2003. Based in Istanbul, it represents the entire supply chain of the flat steel sector, including coil producers, service centres, distributors, traders and tube mills operating in Turkey.

YISAD, based in Istanbul, was established in 2003 and represents the complete scope of the flat steel sector: hot rolled, cold rolled & galvanized flat steel producers, steel service centers, distributors, traders and tube mills operating in the Turkish steel market.

A main focus of YISAD activities are all aspects regarding the flat steel supply chains.

Presently, YISAD count 77 member companies.

SSC Arbeitskreis AT – BE – CH – DE – NL in Hagen (NRW) am 13. März 2018

Der europäische Dachverband EUROMETAL lädt Sie herzlich ein zur nächsten Sitzung des SSC Arbeitskreises AT+BE+CH+DE+NL.

Die Veranstaltung findet statt imTagungshotel ARCADEON, Lennestrasse 91,  D-58093 Hagen.

Ein Compliance-Sachverständiger wird auch diesmal die Sitzung begleiten.

Wir weisen darauf hin, dass eine Teilnehmerliste zur Unterschrift vorliegen wird in der auf die “Basic Rules of EUROMETAL Compliance” hingewiesen wird und mit deren Unterzeichnung die Sitzungsteilnehmer die EUROMETAL Compliance Guidelines bestätigen.

Thyssenkrupp Materials to open site in Morocco

Thyssenkrupp Materials is opening a processing and storage site near Casablanca, Morocco, in a move to expand in the emerging North African market, Thyssenkrupp said Thursday.

The site is scheduled to open this summer and will distribute and process steel, aluminum and titanium and cater primarily for the aerospace industry. It is Thyssenkrupp Materials’ second north African site and has warehouse space of 2,000 square meters. Thyssenkrupp told S&P Global Platts it could not give further capacity details.

“We see a high demand for a reliable partner that offers materials and metal processing as well as supply chain solutions in the North African area. To strengthen our activities in this area and offer further customized solutions is a logical consequence for us,” said Laura A. Holmes, CEO of Thyssenkrupp Aerospace. Among the confirmed customers is aerospace supplier Figeac Aero Maroc.

According to Thyssenkrupp, Morocco is heavily benefiting from global aerospace growth, being one of the country’s economic drivers at an annual growth rate of 15%.

NTC2018 – LE REGOLE PER LA PROGETTAZIONE DELLE COSTRUZIONI
IN ACCIAIO
Con la firma del Decreto di approvazione da parte del Ministro delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti, le nuove Norme Tecniche per le Costruzioni si avviano verso la pubblicazione in Gazzetta Ufficiale. Le NTC fissano i principi da seguire nel progetto, nell’esecuzione e nel collaudo delle costruzioni e le prestazioni che gli edifici devono raggiungere in termini di resistenza meccanica e stabilità.
Cosa cambia per la progettazione delle strutture in acciaio?Proponiamo un approfondimento delle principali modifiche introdotte dalle NTC 2018 a cura del Prof. Walter Salvatore, Università di Pisa e Coordinatore della Commissione Sismica per le Costruzioni in Acciaio di Fondazione Promozione Acciaio.

DECRETO BIM:
IN VIGORE DAL 27 GENNAIO
Il provvedimento definisce le modalità e i tempi di introduzione dell’obbligatorietà dei metodi e degli strumenti elettronici di modellazione per l’edilizia e le infrastrutture nelle stazioni appaltanti, per razionalizzare le attività di progettazione e le relative verifiche. I primi effetti si concretizzeranno tra poco più di un anno e, a decorrere dal 1 gennaio 2019, riguarderanno tutte le opere di importo superiore a 100 milioni di euro. Dal primo gennaio 2020 l’obbligo del BIM scatterà per le opere oltre i 50 mln, dal 2021 si estenderà a quelle oltre i 15 mln e così via, fino al 2025, quando saranno coinvolte anche le opere sotto il milione.
