Commerce Finds Dumping of Imports of Carbon and Alloy Steel Cut-To-Length Plate from Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea (Korea), and Taiwan and Subsidization of Imports from Korea

Last Thursday, the Commerce Department released its final determinations in the antidumping and countervailing duty investigations of cut-to-length plate from eight countries.

The final determinations have not yet been published, and the International Trade Commission will make its final injury determinations in May.
