Logistics and supply chain managers have always used the latest technologies to boost their company’s competitive advantage. Today’s new disruptive technologies will fundamentally change the way supply chains operate in the near future. Intelligent and connected supply chains can take advantage of the new opportunities and drive new levels of efficiency on the one hand. On the other hand, new business models that can increase revenues and attract new customers will emerge. In this two-day course, we will shed light on the potential of “Supply Chain 4.0” – the coming revolution in supply chain management. The course will provide in-depth insights into new technologies such as analytics, control towers and smart devices that will affect our supply chains.
