Deloitte Legal assists Saey in the sale to MCB

Deloitte Legal assists Bernard Saey in the sale of his steel distribution company, SAEY NV, to the Dutch group MCB.
MCB has agreed to acquire Saey, which has been a key player in the steel industry for over 116 years, with locations in Kuurne, Heule, and Zwijnaarde.
The transaction is expected to be completed in the coming months, subject to approval by the competition authorities.
Both parties aim to strengthen their position in the Belgian and French markets and continue to provide a top-of-the-line customer experience.
