The European Commission has published a notice of the impending expiry of anti-dumping measures on imports of stainless steel cold-rolled flat products from China and Taiwan, Kallanish notes from the Official Journal of the European Union.
Unless an expiry review is initiated, the duties will lapse on 17 September 2026.
EU producers may request a review within three months of the expiry date if they can demonstrate that dumping and injury would likely continue or reoccur.
