Hierros Añón acquires two Spanish tube mills

Hierros Añón group tells Kallanish it has completed the 100% acquisition of Spanish tubemakers Tubos del Mediterraneo (Tumesa) and Tubos de Legutiano Automocion (TLA). The deal strengthens the group`s position as one of the main competitors in the Spanish market, Hierros Añón comments. No transaction details were disclosed.
