Steel service center NIM Group has acquired Plateplus Inc’s plant in Windsor, Colorado, the company announced on Monday February 28.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed but the Windsor plant’s ability to process hot-rolled coil into sheet and plate products adds to NIM Group’s western United States portfolio.
With consolidation continuing to be a hot topic in the industry, NIM Group now has 17 locations in the US with daily deliveries available in 30 states.
