Through its subsidiary, Intsel Steel East, US distributor Triple-S Steel Holdings has acquired the assets of Bushwick Metal, a Connecticut-based wholesale distributor of structural steel products, Triple-S said late Monday.
The acquisition was completed effective December 2, Houston, Texas-based Triple-S said. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Bushwick Metals, which has locations in Connecticut, New Jersey and Delaware, employs roughly 110 people and will operate as a part of the Intsel Steel East division, according to the company.
